Colorado Âé¶¹Éç System Signs Partnership with HBCU Coppin State University

Thursday, Nov. 26, 2023, Colorado Âé¶¹Éç System (CCCS) and Coppin State University (CSU), a federally recognized Historically Black College and University (HBCU), signed a partnership agreement at Âé¶¹Éç of Denver (CCD) promising Colorado students support and effortless transfer of credits.

With attendees from CCCS, CCD, and CSU, the speeches that were made by the Chancellor of CCCS, Joe Garcia, Dr. Angie Paccione from the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE), CCD Student Government Association President Leo Townsell, President of Coppin State, Anthony Jenkins, and Dr. Ryan Ross of CCCS were filled with excitement for the opportunity this partnership will bring all community college students.
